Sunday evening information:

Some of you will arrive already on Sunday. For those who want to
have a drink and later something for dinner, I offer the following.
At around 8.30pm we can meet in the "Plaza Canadio"

in the "Ventilador" for a drink.
At 9pm we can start to have some dinner in the places around.
Feel free to join.
You reach plaza canadio first by bus (line 1 or 2 from the hotel, 
stop: Puerto Chico) and then five minutes by foot.

I especially prepared two "guides" with photos that show you the
complicated part of the arrival.

The workshop will take place in room 024, and most of the time we also
have the room 017 to sit, discuss, work. 

My office is room S106, one floor below. It has a few cartoons around
the door, hard to miss. Please, upon arrival, try to find me.

Talk information:

The workshop intends to increase the communication between theory and 
experiment. 

Theorists: your talk should be addressed to both, experimentalists and 
           theorists. It should specifically emphasize the information
           for the experimentalists, address open (experimental) question
           and possible interaction/improvement in the collaboration 
           with the experiment. What do you want from the experimentalists?

Experimentalists: your talk should be addressed to both, theorists and
           experimentalists. It should specifically emphasize the information
           for the theorists, address open (theory) questions, where would
           more theory input be needed, how could the interaction between
           theory and experiment be improved. What do you want from
           the theorists?

We will use individual laptops for the presentations.

Sport/recreation information:
=============================
There is a non-zero probability that the weather will be fine.
Apart from your running equipment you might also bring your
swimming trunks. Beach and Atlantic are right in front of the hotel.
